Flat Issue:

-Incase you have to leave job in future how will you pay this loan

-I was not informed about the flat before marriage.

-After marriage when we started talking about money management with wife, she said I am left with 6-7 k after paying EMI. I have merged Home and Vehicle loan.

-Because of job pressure, her health was getting badly affected. Still she cant leave job. If she leaves job from Axis Bank, her Interested amount will increase thus EMI. So she cant leave job.

-My mom is Co-Owner

-Her mom says, she is paying EMI, from here salary not yours.  But income is from my home source of income. Thus, if I end up compromising my life by paying EMI for 16 years, her mother will say she has paid from her salary not yours. Give me my share.

Terms of Settlement:

-Flat should be taken by Radhika’s parens or should be sold, no money will be paid from this house income.

-If there are any problem at my home should discussed with me and my family first for solution.

-Your parents will never come here

-Clear registered Acknowledgement with registered number.

-in case of separation, no rights on my property, savings, money, or any other belongings of mine.

-In case of any child, equal responsibility, in terms of his expenses, his healthcare and each and everything to be taken.

-In case if she wants divorce, then all the clauses will be nullified. None of the benefits will be given.

-I am comfortable to eat, whatever is provided at home.

-I take complete responsibility of each and everything whatever I eat in this house and I am so rare responsible for the same.

-Usage of water will be as per My law, parents.

-Aai Torture clause

-any health related concern, any of my health issues, expenses will be buried by me.

-I don’t have any expectation of purchasing new clothes for me. Whatever will be given by my husband. I am ready to accept that.

-I am sole responsible for any kind of health issues problems in my health or sickness.

-In any given situation, my parents will not visit. Neither they will interfere in  any of my home matters.

Court fighting points:

-Collect all the property papers and sort out all her share in her parents property. Present in the court that she is currently having this much property.

-My request to sell flat is only because I want to end this flight,  want her to be healthy, and give her financial freedom.

-Post pregnancy her health will be more worst. Now only it is so bad.

-If she is managing my house in 6k + cash then she can manage herself also after divorce.
